We should be within the timeframe (by June 1st) for what's going to happen. Look for audited financials, possible up list, and maybe a buyout. Any of these could happen and/or something else I did not consider. I keep going back to Marshwinds Advisory. There is a reason they have a position small as it is. Institutional investors DO NOT buy sub-penny stocks. There really is no reason for Cliff to give out any information until we find out together although he may do so. He of course can't provide insider information which doesn't leave much he can say.
