A blogger posting a prediction of a contract is interesting?? Don't we already have enough longs giving constant speculation of all the positive things which must be going on behind the scenes??
Well, if you see something about that particular prediction as interesting then maybe other longs do too, and at this low volume maybe the stock will get a bump.
