I don't remember reading the part with an electric fence, or remember seeing any warning signs about electrical fence from the photos. With the mention of retired and active military, I assume security will be 100% on point. Whatever it is, I know Bill mentioned they could not reveal more information regarding security. There could be motion sensors and trained k9s there too, just a thought.
