I think the strangest part of this is when you look up ICPA thru otcmarkets.com or the DTC page or yahoo finance or thru scottrade or anyone other than TDA (keeping in mind the DTC themselves is the most important)... That there are no issues... No mention of a chill. What TDA just acted first .... Before the company that actually places the chill?! Total BS! TDA needs to get it together and possibly even issue a statement apologizing.
