Yes it does. And i have a 200k bid at .0061 through ETRF with my etrade account and others keep going in front of me and building bids at .0062 which is very very good and what i like to see. My biggest problem is the bulk of my dry powder is located at tdameritrade and i am stil unable to execute a buy electronically. They are only allowing selling but not buying.......they are saying DTC Chill.
