Probably not much consolation but hopefully the Grampp suit will be able recover money directly from Mr. Bordynuik for shareholders who suffered losses. Even if the suit is successful, investors would likely only recover a small portion of their losses but at least it's something which is in the works.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
