There are certainly logistical considerations that need to be ironed out before making a multi-million dollar investment. It may take a little more time but I am very confident it will happen.

I see no problem in placing many multi-processor facilities both domestically and globally.

I see no problem at all in the supply of adequate feedstock at price point that will result in substantial profits for the operator.
