What is immediately obvious to me is the fact that IF you cannot see the value in what JBII is doing, then this is either not the right security for you to invest in or this is not the right time for you to invest in it.

This is not rocket science. It is not a casino for you to "take a gamble". Do your DD, if you are not satisfied, walk away. This is investing 101.
