There are many factors keeping it this low.
Number one right now though public awareness. $RSHN is not being pumped, which is a good thing since there is the potential for a real play here. Some smart money is in and that's why it can hold this level I'd say safely, but there is not very much momo and so it's not blowing up and doing the volume yet.
There are a lot of people on the sidelines waiting for the new parent company to answer certain questions, so the pps is low because there is a lot of speculation. However if you are looking for serious returns that is the decision you will have to make.
All trips stock are a gamble but I would say that .0002's are what you would want to test the waters with here.
