Since the 10-Q is due this Thursday I think it is possible both the 10-K and the 10-Q could be filed by Thursday. If that does not occur I guess they could possibly file for the five day extension for the Q and then file both around May 20.
It is kind of "inside baseball" to me as far as the SEC rules and pretty much government regulator gobblygook anyway. The whole game is now closing sales of processors. The sale of the unneeded blending facility would be nice too.
