Did what? Tell the truth? Anyone that thinks the PPS will move with 13 mil shares sitting there at .085 is crazy. That has been about 1/2 of what trades in a day. There is also the traders rational thinking involved. Who is going to pay .0848 right now? The volume will cease too.
