Johnny we have this discussion all the time. More than likely is not a for sure. 13 mill doesn't just fall out of thin air and I don't believe an investor in fitx would be selling that many at this level with everything that is going on. The only people/companies that would be selling is a financial company that is already IN THE MONEY BIG. In addition, financial companies are not going to hold and wait for news they will release and close their book. It's not a coincidence that HH financial and JW Financial have all these shares coming off and all of a sudden we have big offers.
