1 million shares on the bid at .006 looks interesting. CDEL is flat on the bid because they are still saying DTC Chill and not allowing electronic buys. Wish samblis would look into TDA manipulating. I dont understand how tda can be permitted to say such things and restrict buying of icpa electronically.
