Anyone know what's up with the 5 year $100M estimate? I know it's stayed the same since at least the beginning of the year, but I thought Bill suggested a 5 year build out for the 1.3M lbs which would be $5B.

I'm sure it's been answered and I missed it, so sorry in advance.
