Bill's response to some questions on FB:
The first question addressed the separation of the second site from the main site.
The second inquiry addressed whether Zoning could be different among the two sites...

"Actually zoning is the same for both sites and is NOT an issue for either. I wanted a separate R&D site apart from our "super site" where we could do cutting edge things without affecting profitability of the main site. Site 2 also has amazing revenue generating potential with intellectual property etc."
