I recall reading a post somewhere (can't remember if it was mentioned on FB, or somewhere else), but I recall something about them acquiring a bunch more acreage nearby. I have suspected they plan on growing hemp in some way, but wasn't sure if there was enough acreage on their current lot to do so. This was also a hint to me:
