Almost too easy Andy. The first two years of the Great Deceiver's reign, he had a super majority, having a democratic Senate and House. The republicans won the House in 2010, so the empty chair leader still had the Presidency and Senate vs the House. Since he's been 'leading' (yes, one shouldn't even be calling what he does leading, as it's all campaigning, golfing and vacationing during his reign rather than being a real president), his harry reid worthless Senate leader doesn't even submit a budget while the 'leader's' one and only submitted budget was voted down in the Senate 99-0 and almost the same losing percentage result in the result. So the do nothing 'leader' continues to destroy the economy, increase the welfare and food stamps roles, while continuing to lie thru his teeth in order to con his koolaid drinking followers.
