I think your reaching a bit there BJ.  We are all scratching our heads over this pr, perhaps we all need to take a step back and wait for more info.  Obviously the fins aren't going to be anything to get excited about.  But, like I and a few others have stated, it's not the amount of revenue he has produced so far, we now know that the numbers will be very low.  The important thing, imo, will be a reduction of liabilities and increase of assets.  We need to know what/how much equity we have in RIGH and TGGI.

Here's another conspiracy that is running through my head.  RIGH has put out six pr's in the past 3-4 weeks, with little effect on pps.  Was that an attempt by BCAP to raise awareness in RIGH so we could off-load some of the equity held in them?  And since those pr's have had little effect, maybe this is a new tactic.  Short the shit out of BCAP, then release a crap pr to drive the price down.  Of course MD doesn't have a trading account and this would be highly illegal, but who's to say a partner or wife/girlfriend etc wouldn't do it for him?
