The closest timeline I can find is that this is a Nevada Corp which was begun in 2009 in which he was the only officer. Hard to find any updates or filings since 2011/12 which according to a couple of filings I found he did a 1:1000 r/s. and the charts show that. Crash and burn. GLTA
