A company called Hanover purchased some of NEWL's debt and came up with an arrangement where that debt will be extinguished by NEWL issuing shares to Hanover/another affiliated company called MGP until certain thresholds are met.
NEWL has been issuing shares to MGP every few days and MGP almost immediately dumps those shares onto the market. The people who are holding the shares for the most part have no idea what's happening. Even at the current $0.075/share, there's not much question that the shares will continue to get hammered.
At some point it might be worth a gamble...but I don't believe we're anywhere near that point.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
