I am running off someone else's theory, so lets see how it plays out 
There's almost no way all the October deliverables can be issued in one PR. Got to be at least 2 or 3 PR's this month to announce the completion of all seven items.
We have two Thursday's and two Friday's remaining this October. Certainty of when the PR's will be issued is increasing as the number of days remaining is decreasing
