So what you're saying is that *others* should rely on the whales having done their own DD as a substitute for their own DD.
I don't know if you've noticed, but the stock has been absolutely hammered over the past few years and those supposedly DD-heavy whales have taken a beating.
The 'smart' one was Mr. Bordynuik who, while the champion of his process, divested his holdings. His actions show he would much rather take cash out of the company as payment than any type of equity stake.
