Sorry to be a pest and keep bringing it up, but I have yet to get an answer in regards to the up listing questions I posed earlier. Steve, was it you that posted something to the fact that a lot of these games and blatant manipulation would cease or be minimized by the up listing?  I don't know if you are able to speak of it, but if so how are things coming with that? Can you give your shareholders anything to hang on to here, will it happen and when?  Thank you, JOE
