Well lets try and set this matter straight. The phone # for Td Ameritrade is 1-800-669-3900. I was told by a customer service rep that ICPA is not on a DTCC chill list and is open to all trades buys or sells. You can trade ICPA electronically or telophonically. If your trades were cancelled earlier then I apologize. If there are people here who are fabricating this dtcc issue then shame on you. TDA is standing by their position that ICPA is NOT on the dtcc chill list. Please all call for yourselves. Don't turn me into a liar. Check for yourself and call them please.
