You all should just wait for the .0001s. He said in the PR today that he was going to raise the a/s, he will have to 504 those now at .0001 so you know there will be a dumpathon. Just wait, dont buy the .0002 because your just going to get dumped on when he gets the financing.

Here's a question: If the company secures the required capital, why would it THEN raise the A/S? If raising the A/S was how they were going to "secure the required capital", wouldn't they articles of incorporation have to be amended FIRST? Obviously we are all well aware of Mikey501's scare tactics, just trying to make sure I understand correctly.
