This explaination doesn't make any sense. How could any stock be on and off the chill list so offen and so quick? Once it's on, it takes time to get off. I only noticed that today I couldn't buy it due to the chill issue. If it's on the chilled list today, how come other brokers don't have any chill issue with ICPA today and DTCC's notice of today doesn't show ICPA either.
