from what I've seen of the limited one sided issue it shouldnt take more than a day or 2 at most
a reminder to those who dont know-this does not involve the present CWRN or Brad-which/who are not defendants
Geo-chiefly jimmy-are asking for money (not the equipment itself) from previous CEO Bob for certain pieces of equipment-the Tx case ignores Bob/Bobs CWRN et als claims, which will be heard in the Ca case
so other than sympathy for Bob our only concern is that the pending trial is influencing the news blackout- holding back info so Brad does not become involved as part of geos fishing expedition-as Geo tried to involve Brad
