I have an account with TDA and I'm not able to buy ICPA through them as they said it's chilled todat at 10:30am. I just did online chat with Etrade now, they told me that they did research and they do not show ICPA is chilled. I guess it's TDA problem, I'm thinking about openning an Etrade account.
