the key really is JBI's ability to sequence (time) material events
and i'll be clear that rarely goes according to schedule

that said it's why i stated i like dark .. because based on documentation

*depo gate* and even post RH's taking over as CEO

so my take is that no matter what mgmt does >> it will be worked off of
