I know there were commitments to the Preferred, but don't know quantities promised or names...

The brokerage was supposed to be funded with the Preferred. That was the deal as I understood it.

Has the Preferred got anything to do with today's PR? Yes in that there is no brokerage acquired yet.

Am also stumped by today's PR for what its worth. I think Pharoh has it right.
