Do you or anybody know, what is happening? I had open order with ameritrade, which was cancelled this morning and I tried to place another order ( For Buy and at much lower price than it is at present, incase if PPS drops) , it won't let me. The reason given is DTC Chilled order, as it cannot be filled. Some one who is knowledgable about this please educated me.
