well the odds are most *firms* will talk folks out of that

they all *collude* >> even *cash accounts* get utilized
as needed if the *incentive* (financial) is large enough

it's one of the reasons i'm so looking forward to an asset sale (or 2)
that allows the company to do their own accounting of shares

they can do a tiny cash div (any amount inflicts financial pain)
both pre and post uplisting 100M x .0005 = $50,000.00
along with having the TA do a mandatory stock cert exchange
(new cusip) for *existing*

if mgmt does this >> in conjunction with uplisting out of the OTC
cesspool

the abusive shorts have no where to hide or reset or collude

edit >> at least in the short term (pun intended)
it's really important (like when a company IPOs) that mgmt uplists
*smartly* re: street's *schedule*

old refrain sell in May and go away .. they come back after Labor Day
