The Preferreds haven't been sold at this point in time. There's still legal paperwork to be completed. I know there were a bunch of commitments, but don't know what the current amounts promised are (I believe its substantial.)

One thing I have learned from all stock markets over the years is that the Preferred, especially if they're not dilutive, are generally the real winners.
