That story is nothing more than a complete hoax and has been circled around more message boards than Plutus' mother around the block. Cellar boxing, however, is legitimate and a very clever way to surpress a stock price to the point where investor confidence gets obliterated.

HIMR will not be a stock that rises on news...it will be one that once MM's are done playing around it will shoot up. It will simply be a random day, maybe even no news. That's how pennies work, if you pay the price in patience, normally you get rewarded in the end. Problem is you can deal with months--if not years--of manipulative bullshit.
