Don't take this wrong because you like to criticize anything I say but you want to merger with or acquire another company when the share price is depressed, especially if you believe that company will fit into the entire picture. The merger and or acquisition costs would be greatly diminished with the company that you mentioned if in fact the share are depressed like you said.
