I have not researched it, but, if your right and I have no reason to think otherwise...yhea, it would make much less sense. I also was not aware that only part of the building could be used.
So, that being said, unless Tweed just wanted to sell the rights to what they have and pay down it's existing debt, for a good price....naaa. It's a stay away. GLTA
