It appears at this juncture that it does mean this is the primary complainant, as the other dude which was originally in the filing is no longer mentioned. Thus the , et al, at the end. Once a Judge looks at this along with others filed, it could change but, from what I have read in their allegations, they are all pretty much copies of each other.

If I remember correctly, enjoinders will have until sometime in June to become part of this class either as an individual or as a group. It will be up to the Judge at that time to hear arguments and pursue the merits of the case , if there are any. If not, it will be thrown out as frivolous , or, set for further discovery and trial.

Normally, at this point is when some type of settlement is discussed.
