I am more than fine with being challenged in the open. My intent to take it offline was in consideration of those sensitive to "negative" messaging. Posters lately have been getting challenged for hammering their negative points too hard so I thought that taking it off-line would be a better route and more considerate to those more deeply invested then I am.

Just don't blame me if I answer something publicly that you don't really want the answer to.
