Let's see if CDEL gets bid filled

When the UBSS ask gets hit, the number changes. However when the CSTI bid gets hit, the number doesn't change. We saw that on Monday and Tuesday morning. Now CDEL cut in front of CSTI with 12,500. Let's see if they get filled on the morning bidwhacks.

I'm thinking that somehow they get skipped over, but maybe I'm just being cynical.
