I think we are missing something and I don't know what yet. I flub has been successfully sued for just such an action in the past. They either naively don't care or don't think KMAG has resource enough to pursue defamation action or they feel they won't get caught.

What happened to any short positions that were open on the day prior to suspension??
Is someone actively shorting and now needs to cover?? Do they want shares or cheap because they feel the upside is tremendous?? Is it just an attempt to wreck or control the stock out of spite or vengeance?

Lots of questions here.
