Does anybody really think that not having clients for the TA is that big a deal? Really? You would need 100 clients before you start to make some real money. Folks currently using a TA will not opt to change due to fee's attached for getting out of the contract. MD said that he would use investment dollars to encourage people to make the switch, ie, he would loan them the money to do the change. He has apparantly decided against that, "money would be better used in-house." I'm fine with that, get the damn Brokerage firm!!!
Still long, but anyone else nervous about "the company will amend its articles of incorporation?"
