It seems that Treaty is starting to change in a positive direction. We now have some experienced oil guys in the company ranks and I'm sure these guys are what Treaty needs. I'm looking forward to new developments and projects in the future. True, funding is an issue with any start up company, but it looks like things are changing in a good way.
