I wonder if it is a court violation for Scion to moderate a board that explicitly is dedicated to JBII

Actually it's dedicated to bad mouthing JBII. I was banned there after only a couple posts and what did it was I gave JBII  strong buy recommendation.  They allow one or two pro posters there to have someone to attack constantly and no others.

And yes, Scion appears to be the leader of the group, and is clearly the overseer of the board as is clearly stated at the top.

I think the link to that board should be forwarded along to the legal department for consideration.
