We have no reason to assume that they won't get approval or have not already got FDA approval to proceed with clinical trails.

The only solid proof we have of anything is that we have not been denied, currently this far outweighs any doubt if we have as it's the only thing that should be a fact.

We've also had nothing progressive or any hint that we've ran into any issues or further questioning from the FDA.

In the future this may change in either the positive or negative direction, but we must live in the now based on what we know.
