The reason is very simple we wrote 39 notes from july to april 22nd approx 3m dollars of notes!!!!! Thats 50m shares that we went thru!!!! Here is the great news in my strong opinion there is less than 500k shares left of toxic noteholfers thats it!!!!!!! I expect scrc to lift in less than 15 trading days!!!!!!
The compounding is exploding we did 1m in revenues for the month of April and the profit margins are fat. On may 15th the street will have great clarity on what we make on that 1m dollars of revenues. I believe its 25% to 40% so the company onlt burns 135k a month in 60 days or less CASH FLOW POSITIVE.
The stock is a buy .11 to .13 it will gap once the 500k toxic shares only 50k is gone! I will have a few buddies coming in next 72 hours.
