Yes, Bill has said repeatedly that there is no R/S in the foreseeable future -- and that is great. My concern is only with the forcefulness of our COB's quote -- and what appears to be his main mission (to get off the OTC Pinks). A share buyback has always been possible, but as the pps rises, that is less likely/much more costly. Different uplists require different criteria (as many of us are aware), and many of them are contingent upon a higher pps at a sustained (30 days in some cases) maintenance level. Although I think our COB appointment was a BRILLIANT strategic move by Bill to calm all the post-halt PHO* fears, I'm not familiar with our new COB like I am with our CEO (through private and public messages on Facebook). As such, I'm wary of an uplist by any means necessary being pushed by our COB. NOTE: I'm NOT saying our COB's agenda is to R/S to get there... I'm merely voicing my opinion that I don't want that to happen. Do I want an uplist? Absolutely! Do I want one if the only way to get there is a R/S? Absolutely not.
