On a personal note, I'm not certain as to why that particular judge (Honorable Judge Sue L Robinson, United States District Court of Delaware) in the petition is singled out. Judges do not have the proper power to investigate or charge people. She sentenced Matthew Brown, but she can't randomly charge or punish ADVFN (the current owners of iHub) for any arbitrary reason. The petition should be addressed to the SEC who would have to investigate and bring charges/fines against ADVFN.
