The chart was really well set up. Obviously the market doesn't like the news and thus I am not sure what the purpose to release that you are inactivating some pages of your website and that you have no plans to operate the TA till you buy a brokerage without giving any details about selling the preferred.
By all means, I was expecting to hear about filings about selling preferred or something positive.
Anyways, it is what it is. In a stock market though, the longs are not the only important thing- he just invited shorting.
