I was just looking at the wording between their suspension and ours...
It looks like with theirs, they are definitely pointing a finger at the CBGI with their wording... ours it doesn't.. just my opinion which means nothing.. we're still trading Grey..
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of CBGI because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, the company's operations.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of PHOT because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT's common stock.
