We are in penny land after all.
Im putting my money on Bill - he has the power to take me to the promise land or to dent my bank account good.
Im all for positivity but having experience in the otc markets, you have to be sceptical and be on point with your dd until the milestones and promises are hit.
In this case license, and uplist. Only those 2 things will move this... no news, no pre, no more hype will move this.
The "money" needs to see the good stuff now.
As for a buyback or r/s - I am trusting Bill - but then again, I woudlnt totally be shocked if a r/s happened...
